A Solo Performance

A Turkish Performer in Vienna has been trying to find her way to “integrate” into this new city, a new chapter, new “normals”. Her journey neither has a beginning nor will have an end. She is mixing music and cooking food on stage, hopefully, tasty ones. With a turntable and an electric pan and many more ingredients, she is not only DJing and cooking on stage, but also mixing her present with her past and her sense of future.

Yet, the performance is not about the performer, but about the ones whom she met on her journey. The set of encounters with many different tastes. Like the composition in a certain food. Or the mixture of different sounds, and voices. What do they tell us? How do they move us? Would you like to taste it?
