Move to the Groove

Music creates a groove, groove initiates movement. This is the way we create an atmosphere together. This Jam Session will be a guided by Mátyás Kántor, who will help us, by inspiring movement through different kinds of input and creative concepts. There will be a DJ, Rosa Perl, who provides the music, to support the reach of a certain state of ecstasy, through the possibilities of body movement. We will dance and connect to our bodies, the music, and the people around us. At the end of the session people hopefully will feel liberation and freedom that triggers inner happiness.
